Class Descriptions

1.
BURN AND SCULPT

You know when you’re trying to get something heavy down from a high shelf? You carefully shimmy it, little by little, so it doesn’t fall on your head, but then your arms start to burn from holding them up ... THAT’S THIS CLASS, BUT ON PURPOSE. We won’t actually be pulling large objects from high shelves, but in this barre-and-Pilates-based class we will work our muscles to burnout using light weights, Bala bangles, resistance bands, and more.

2.
BOX AND BURN

Channeling your inner ninja is always fun! In this mixed-martial-arts-inspired class you’ll keep your heart rate up and sweat through various punch and kick combos mixed with total-body strengthening moves like pushups, squats, and lunges.

STRONG BURN

This circuit class utilizes dumbbells, battle ropes, soft boxes, resistance bands, and more to challenge your strength, cardiovascular endurance, agility, and balance. Always different, always a challenge. Train for anything that comes your way (bikini modeling contract, triathlon, laundry day)!

TRX FIRE CIRCUIT

It's 45 minutes. It's 6 participants max. It's fiery in all the right places (basically, everywhere).
If you haven't tried TRX yet, THIS is the type of strength-training you are missing from your workouts! Utilizing your own body weight and gravity, TRX is a form of suspension training that will help you develop balance, flexibility, and strength, as well as incredible core stability. In FIRE CIRCUIT, participants will go back and forth between intervals on the TRX straps and intervals of weighted moves + plyometrics. *This class cannot travel.

5.
MOMCORE

In this class we will focus on that thing you hear a lot about but maybe don’t truly understand enough about: your postpartum core. From your shoulders to your butt (and, well, the rest of your legs, too), this 50 min barre-and-Pilates-based class will guide you through proper breathing techniques, postural alignment, and a solid full body workout that will leave you feeling like a strong mom … to your core!

*Unless otherwise noted, all of these classes can be set up at an individual’s location of choice (indoors or outdoors). The Goodburn provides all of the equipment needed, including mats.

Private Class Rates:

In-person, private 60-minute class for up to 4 participants:
$120*

For each additional participant:
$26 per person

For in-person or virtual 1x1 sessions, private, small-group virtual classes, and corporate bookings, please contact me for pricing.

*Additional fees may be added for travel time depending on scheduled class location.
