Below is the current weekly schedule (via my booking site Punchpass). Some of these are open small group classes that can be booked by anyone with a drop-in pass. Others are private sessions that have been booked by an individual or small group. My schedule is always evolving and changing! Reach out with questions about this schedule, or to inquire about a specific day/time for your own session.
