I am a NASM certified NJ-based personal trainer and group fitness instructor with 7+ years of experience teaching a variety of classes like barre, TRX, kickboxing, strength and conditioning, and more. I’ve trained with large international fitness organizations, as well as local boutique studios. In 2021, I started The Goodburn as a way to teach more of the types of fitness classes I love with my own creative spin on each one.
